Accor rolls out AI travel assistant globally following a successful pilot phase.

Accor said 30% to 40% of conversations during the pilot were booking-related, and those conversations were associated with higher conversion rates and larger basket sizes.
The assistant is also available through ChatGPT and Google Gemini, according to The Caterer, extending access beyond Accor’s own channels and messaging apps.
During booking, the concierge can show members their loyalty benefits and let them use points to complete a purchase.
Accor plans to add contextual help based on which part of its platform a guest is using, map-based hotel comparisons incorporating AI-synthesized reviews, and recommendations from partners.
Accor has launched ALL Concierge, an AI travel assistant now live across its website, app, and messaging channels. The rollout follows a successful pilot that generated over one million guest conversations, with Travel Daily Media reporting that 30% to 40% of those chats led to bookings—and those booking conversations showed higher conversion rates and larger purchase sizes.
The assistant helps travelers find and compare hotels, get destination details, book stays, and manage existing reservations around the clock. HOTELSMag notes that ALL Accor members receive personalized responses based on their loyalty profiles and preferences, while human staff can take over complex requests when needed.
During the pilot phase, Accor found that booking-related queries made up nearly one-third to two-fifths of all conversations. Business Travel Executive reported that these booking chats showed notably higher conversion rates and bigger order values compared to non-booking interactions, suggesting guests feel confident completing purchases through the AI tool.
The ALL Concierge is not limited to Accor's own platforms. The Caterer reported that the assistant is also available through ChatGPT and Google Gemini, bringing Accor's service to travelers wherever they already chat online. This multi-channel approach means guests can ask for hotel recommendations from their preferred AI tool rather than visit Accor's site first.
When members book through the concierge, the assistant displays their available loyalty perks and lets them redeem points to cover part or all of their stay. LODGING noted that the service covers 11 languages and runs across five major platforms, making it the hospitality industry's first end-to-end conversational travel companion at this scale.
Accor plans to add voice support, broader business-travel features, and contextual help tailored to which page a guest is viewing. HB on the Scene reported the company will also roll out map-based hotel comparisons powered by AI-synthesized guest reviews and recommendations from travel partners, further deepening the assistant's usefulness throughout the booking journey.
