Morningstar Relocates Headquarters to Google's New Chicago Building in Major 2028 Deal

Morningstar Inc. is set to relocate its headquarters to Google's new office building in Chicago, giving it a boost to a revitalized part of downtown. The financial data provider, which employs about 1,500 people in Chicago and will co-anchor the building with Google, will take more than 275,000 square feet (25,500 square meters), making it the largest lease transaction announced in Chicago so far this year. Morningstar will move to the site in 2028, taking over 275,00 square feet.
