Condé Nast Chief Executive Roger Lynch Replaces Ynon Kreiz as Mattel CEO

Mattel Inc. CEO Ynon Kreiz is leaving for another opportunity and will be replaced by Condé Nast CEO Roger Lynch. Kreiz will be leaving for a senior leadership position at another public company. Lynch, who currently serves as a Mattel board member, will become chairman on Oct. 2 and CEO on or before Nov. 2.
