West Ham Co-Owner David Sullivan Files £150m Lawsuit Against BBC Over Panorama Documentary

David Sullivan, the West Ham United co-owner, is suing the BBC for £150m ($197.8m) over a Panorama documentary in which he was accused of sexual misconduct. The programme, 'Predator: The Billionaire Football Boss', featured allegations made by seven women about Sullivan's conduct during the 1980s and 1990s. Sullivan is seeking damages and is seeking a court order to remove the show from BBC platforms and prevent further publication of the allegations. He also alleges that the BBC acted with "reckless indifference to the truth" and was blind to several factors related to the complaints. The BBC declined to comment on the matter. Sullivan resigned as director of WH Holding Limited and West Ham Football Club in June after learning of the impending publication of serious historic allegations.
