Everblog Unveils New AI-Powered FridgeCal 2 Smart Calendar at IFA Berlin

Everblog has unveiled the FridgeCal™ 2, a 15.6-inch AI-powered kitchen display that manages family calendars, meal planning, and grocery lists all in one place. Mitchell Advocate reported the device debuted at IFA Berlin 2026, combining food recognition and household coordination into what the company calls a kitchen-first experience.
The FridgeCal™ 2 wakes up automatically when someone opens the fridge and includes an AI voice assistant for hands-free help during cooking. The device launches on Kickstarter in September 2026, with pricing and availability details coming soon.
The FridgeCal™ 2 replaces the sticky notes and scattered lists cluttering most kitchens. The Sudbury Star reported it combines family calendars, food recognition, meal planning, and grocery organization into a single screen mounted on or near the fridge. This means parents can see who has soccer practice while checking what's inside the fridge at the same time.
The device includes a Wake-on Sensor function that lights up the display automatically when someone walks near the fridge. Woodstock Sentinel Review noted this hands-free approach keeps the kitchen workflow smooth. The built-in AI voice assistant lets families ask questions or give commands without touching the screen.
Everblog plans to bring the FridgeCal™ 2 to Kickstarter in September 2026, making it available to early adopters before wider distribution. PR Record Gazette reported the company will share full pricing, shipping dates, and availability details through the crowdfunding campaign. This approach lets customers pre-order and help shape the device's final features.
