Inceptionr LLC Expands Investments, Adding New Positions in Nike, Visa, and Other Key Firms

Nike paid a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share on July 1, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, yielding $1.64 per share annually for a 4.0% yield.
Visa’s board approved a share buyback plan, underscoring ongoing capital-return activity alongside the new position Inceptionr took in the stock.
Pentair stock is highly concentrated with institutional investors, as 92.37% of shares are owned by institutions.
Inceptionr’s Truist Financial stake is about 0.5% of its portfolio, making it the 17th largest holding in the fund.
NVR shows strong institutional support with 83.67% of its stock owned by institutional investors.
Inceptionr LLC is spreading its bets across a range of major U.S. companies. The firm disclosed new positions in Nike, Visa, Pentair, Truist Financial, and NVR in its latest SEC filings, with the five stakes totaling roughly $8.15 million in combined value, according to Watchlist News.
The moves signal a broad push into blue-chip stocks. The purchases span consumer brands, financial services, and homebuilding — sectors that attract heavy institutional attention.
Inceptionr picked up 30,993 shares of Nike, worth about $1.64 million. Nike recently paid a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share on July 1, with an annual yield of 4.0%, according to Watchlist News. That steady income stream may be part of the appeal for the fund.
The firm also bought 4,289 shares of Visa for roughly $1.30 million. Visa's board recently approved a share buyback plan, showing the company is returning cash to investors. Inceptionr is joining a crowded field — other major institutions also adjusted their Visa positions in the same period, Watchlist News reported.
Inceptionr added 19,757 shares of Pentair, valued at about $1.72 million. Pentair is a heavily institutional stock — 92.37% of its shares are owned by institutions. That level of concentration means big funds drive most of the trading action in the stock.
The fund also took a 42,748-share stake in Truist Financial, worth around $1.97 million. That makes Truist Inceptionr's 17th largest holding, representing about 0.5% of its total portfolio. It is a meaningful position, but not a top-tier one for the firm.
NVR was the most expensive stock in the batch on a per-share basis. Inceptionr bought just 230 shares, but the stake was worth about $1.52 million. The homebuilder's high share price means even small positions carry significant dollar value.
NVR has strong backing across the investor base — 83.67% of its shares are held by institutions. Inceptionr's new position puts it alongside a wide field of funds already invested in the stock.
Beyond the five headline stocks, Inceptionr also made a $1.96 million investment in SS&C Technologies Holdings, making it the firm's 19th largest position at 29,002 shares, according to Watchlist News. The firm separately added a $1.57 million stake in Capital One Financial during the first quarter, per Ticker Report.
Taken together, the filings paint a picture of a fund building out a diversified, institution-friendly portfolio. Inceptionr is targeting well-known companies with strong institutional ownership and steady capital-return programs like dividends and buybacks.
