Accelevation Holdings CEO Michael Rubiera bought 203,200 shares of company stock on October 1 at $18 per share through the company's initial public offering, according to Kalkine Media. The purchase included 200,000 shares held directly in his name and 3,200 shares in accounts registered to his adult children, bringing his total direct beneficial ownership to 1,424,285 shares.
Rubiera acquired the shares as part of a directed share program tied to Accelevation's IPO, Kalkine Media reported. The 200,000 shares represent his primary direct purchase. He also holds 3,200 shares indirectly through his children's accounts but disclaims beneficial ownership of those shares except for any direct financial interest.
Beyond the IPO shares, Rubiera holds an additional 68,823 shares in an irrevocable trust that benefits his spouse, Kalkine Media stated. This arrangement is common among executives seeking to diversify ownership structures and provide for family members while maintaining control and managing tax implications.
The Form 4 filing documenting the transaction was submitted on October 5, 2026, and signed by Michael Jurek under power of attorney on Rubiera's behalf. The filing contained no transactions involving derivative securities such as options or warrants, keeping the disclosure straightforward and focused on direct equity ownership.
