FCLGO Launches Service to Eliminate Costly Amazon FBA Compliance Rejections for Cross-Border Sellers

FCLGO has launched a new Amazon fulfillment center locations routing service aimed at eliminating FBA compliance rejections for cross-border sellers, according to County Market. The launch comes as Amazon has tightened its inbound compliance rules, meaning sellers who miss precise labeling, packaging, or palletization standards face immediate rejection at the receiving dock.
The financial stakes are high. For a brand doing $500,000 in annual Amazon revenue, a single compliance rejection causing a stockout can cost more than $80,000, Fort McMurray Today reports. That figure includes lost sales and months of wasted advertising spend.
When Amazon rejects an inbound shipment, the damage goes beyond the immediate delay. Sellers lose their in-stock status, which tanks their product rankings. Paid ad campaigns keep running against listings with no inventory. By the time a replacement shipment arrives, weeks or months of advertising investment can be lost, according to The Whig.
Cross-border sellers face even greater risk. Shipments traveling from Asia to the US must clear customs, then meet Amazon's dock requirements — all without a local team to catch errors. One mislabeled pallet can trigger a full rejection, Chatham Daily News notes.
FCLGO's service rests on three integrated pillars: transpacific freight management, domestic FBA preparation, and intelligent Amazon fulfillment center locations routing. Each pillar connects directly to the next. Freight is managed overseas, then cargo moves to a domestic prep facility before being routed to the right Amazon warehouse, according to Pembroke Observer.
The FBA preparation step is where compliance problems are caught before they reach Amazon. Teams check labels, packaging, and pallet configurations against Amazon's current standards. Only shipments that pass those checks move on to the routing step, Seaforth Huron Expositor reports.
The routing component sends inventory to the Amazon fulfillment center closest to a seller's actual customer base. Shorter distances mean faster delivery. Faster delivery improves a seller's performance metrics inside Amazon's algorithm, according to Goderich Signal Star.
Better delivery performance can lift a product's search ranking without spending more on ads. FCLGO says the service can improve delivery scores and organic visibility at the same time — a meaningful advantage for sellers trying to grow margins, Paris Star Online reports.
Amazon has steadily raised its inbound compliance bar over the past several years. Requirements around barcode placement, poly bagging, bubble wrap, and pallet height have all become more specific. Sellers who built their supply chains years ago may not meet today's standards, Cold Lake Sun notes.
For cross-border sellers shipping containers from China or Southeast Asia, updating those supply chains is difficult from overseas. FCLGO's launch targets that gap directly — handling compliance domestically so sellers don't have to rebuild their entire logistics operation, according to The Observer.
