Noah Kahan releases a new folk-pop single for the upcoming Hunger Games prequel film.

Noah Kahan, a 29-year-old folk-pop star, has released a new song for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (The Album), marking his first contribution to the franchise and serving as the lead single for the upcoming prequel, set decades before Katniss Everdeen enters the arena. Kahan co-wrote and co-produced the song with Aaron Dessner and drew inspiration from Haymitch and Lenore Dove, exploring themes of purpose and perseverance. The film is set during the 50th Hunger Games, 24 years before the events of the original trilogy. Khan was honored to work on a song for the film and expressed his gratitude for the opportunity.
