Leaked Colorado Playbook

Texas Tech Fans Claim Finding Colorado Football Playbook at Hotel Bar

Texas Tech football fans found a 25-page playbook containing Colorado's plays and game plan notes at the hotel bar ahead of a game against Colorado. The fans claimed to have found the playbook, which includes the Buffs' opening script, red zone info, and more. The information was posted on a Texas Tech message board and spread to social media. However, it was uncertain until Colorado's opening drive, which included a reverse pass trick play on the first play of the game, which was diagrammed as the playbook on the leaked playbook. The playbook also included “series openers” with 17 plays, a collection of key red zone runs and passes, and 24 plays labeled “must calls” at the top of the page.
