Securities class action lawsuits target four major companies over misleading disclosures and regulatory risks.

Securities class action lawsuits have been announced against Capricor Therapeutics, Ryde Group, Fractyl Health and Taboola, each seeking recovery for investors who purchased shares during specified periods. The Capricor complaints allege the company changed the statistical analysis plan for its Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatment, Deramiocel, without FDA agreement, creating regulatory risks that were not reflected in its public statements. The Ryde complaint alleges a social-media-driven stock promotion scheme, including misleading claims and coordinated share sales, while the Fractyl complaint alleges that Revita’s efficacy and clinical prospects were overstated and that operational problems at trial sites undermined results. The Taboola complaint alleges the company failed to disclose growth in low-quality publisher relationships and the potential earnings impact of exiting them; all of these claims are allegations in the lawsuits.
The Ryde lawsuit covers investors who acquired the securities from March 6, 2024, through September 11, 2024; the notice says investors may seek recovery even if they still hold their shares.
The Fractyl class period is January 13, 2025, through January 29, 2026. The complaint specifically alleges that operational problems at one or more REMAIN-1 Midpoint Cohort clinical sites compromised the integrity of the efficacy results.
The Taboola lawsuit concerns purchases from May 6 through August 4, 2026, and alleges that the value of the company’s publisher relationships was overstated as it faced an increase in low-quality publishers.
The Capricor notices give different end dates for the stated class period: Rosen lists July 26, 2026, while Levi & Korsinsky lists July 29, 2026. Both identify September 28, 2026, as the lead-plaintiff deadline.
