OpenAI President Greg Brockman Withdraws Pledged $25-Million Donation to AI Super PAC

OpenAI co-founder and President Greg Brockman has withdrawn from a $25-Million donation pledged to be made to the AI Super PAC, Leading the Future, which aims to elect members of Congress who support pro-artificial intelligence policies. Brockman and his wife had donated $25 million to the super PAC in September, with a commitment to contribute another $25m in 2026. However, OpenAI employees have criticized the move as an attempt by the company to thwart sensible AI regulations.
