Attorneys for Lindsay Clancy trial holdout juror plan bar complaint against defense lawyer

Attorneys for Michael Desronvil, the lone holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy's triple murder trial, have announced plans to file a bar complaint against Kevin Reddington, the attorney for Lindsay Clancy. The lawyers plan to ask the bar to investigate Reddington for potentially singling out Desronvis, who was the sole juror who wanted to send the mom to prison for killing her three children. Reddington had previously asked a judge to investigate Desronville for potential misconduct, including lying on his juror questionnaire and using his cell phone during deliberations. The case was declared a mistrial on Sept. 4 after jurors said they were hopelessly deadlocked in three impasse notes. Several panelists have revealed that 11 of the 12 were prepared to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity and Desronv had doubts about her guilt, but refused to find her not criminally responsible.
