Tony Romo and CBS Sports mutually agree to part ways following his recent arrest.

Tony Romo and CBS Sports have mutually agreed to part ways following his arrest in July on operating while intoxicated charges. Romo was placed on indefinite leave after the arrest and his place on CBS' No. 1 NFL broadcast team was taken by J.J. Watt. The news comes just over two months after Romo was arrested. Romo expressed pride in his work at CBS Sports over the past nine years and plans to take a break to focus on his health and family before moving on to his next opportunity.
