Record-Breaking WNBA Playoff Win

Arike Ogunbowale Scores Record-Breaking 45 Points to Save Dallas Wings Season

Arike Ogunbowale saved the Dallas Wings' season with a record-breaking 45 points in a WNBA playoff game, setting a WNA record for the most points scored in a playoff game. The Wings were trailing 93-90 with 14.6 seconds left in the game, but Ogunabale's game-winning 3-point shot secured them a 108-100 overtime win over the Golden State Valkyries. The victory sets up a winner-take-all Game 3 against the Valkyry. Ogunobale's performance was reminiscent of her back-to-back Final Four buzzer-beaters at Notre Dame.
