Datavault AI faces a securities class action lawsuit over overstated partnership values and misleading public statements.

Several law firms are publicizing a securities class action against Datavault AI on behalf of investors who bought the company’s securities from September 4, 2024, through October 30, 2025. The complaints allege that the company overstated the value of business partnerships and activity on its platform, and failed to disclose connections to a convicted felon, making its public statements misleading. One notice also cites a short-seller report published October 31, 2025, after which Datavault AI shares fell sharply. Investors seeking to lead the class action must ask the court for appointment by October 5, 2026; the allegations have not been established in court.
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint names Burke, Scilex, and Nature’s Miracle as examples of Datavault AI partnerships whose economic value it alleges was overstated.
According to the complaint’s account of Wolfpack Research’s report, the report characterized Datavault AI as a “stock promotion” and challenged its claims involving artificial intelligence, quantum computing, Web 3.0, and data monetization.
After the October 31, 2025 report, Datavault AI shares fell $0.49, or 19.44%, closing at $2.03 per share, according to the notice.
Investors do not have to seek appointment as lead plaintiff to share in a possible recovery, according to Kaplan Fox’s notice.
