Frasers Group Launches Billion-Dollar Luxury Division to Target Global Expansion and Growth

The Webster plans to unveil a renovated Bal Harbour store in November, renovate its South Beach flagship and further develop its New York presence.

To promote the new division during Paris Fashion Week, Michael Murray hosted Frasers Group’s first luxury event there, with a guest list of about 500 that included luxury-brand CEOs, European franchisees and partners, and industry insiders.
Frasers Group has launched Frasers Group Luxury, uniting its high-end retailers Flannels, Harvey Nichols, and The Webster under one division. The new unit spans more than 100 stores across the UK and US and generates over £1 billion in annual revenue, according to The Industry Fashion. CEO Michael Murray said the group aims to expand globally through new stores, acquisitions, and strategic investments in luxury brands.
The division combines Frasers' established UK presence with its growing US foothold. Luxury Daily reported that The Webster, a Miami-founded multibrand store, will anchor the company's American expansion. Frasers also holds stakes in major luxury brands including Mulberry, Burberry, and Hugo Boss, strengthening its position in the high-end market.

These initiatives help the retailer attract younger customers and deepen engagement with existing ones.
Major luxury brands are backing Frasers' expansion strategy. Luxury Daily reported that Burberry CEO Joshua Schulman praised Flannels for helping Burberry reach customers across the UK, especially in areas without Burberry-operated stores.
