Systelligence Discloses New Multi-Million Q1 ETF Holdings, Expanding Diversified Portfolio

In Vanguard Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities ETF (VTIP), major institutional holders reported substantial positions in the latest quarter, including JPMorgan Chase & Co. (30,130,365 shares worth about $1.49B), LPL Financial (18,490,336 shares worth about $914.5M), Goldman Sachs (10,366,837 shares worth about $512.7M), Cambridge Associates (6,908,129 shares worth about $341.7M), and Valmark Advisers (6,716,272 shares worth about $332.2M).
Systelligence’s JPMorgan Inflation Managed Bond ETF (JCPI) stake amounts to about 0.66% of the fund at the end of the quarter, indicating a relatively modest sizing within a diversified bond ETF portfolio.
Royal Bank of Canada lifted its JCPI position by 206.7% to 1,009 shares, signaling increased interest from a major international bank in the ETF.
iShares Morningstar Value ETF (ILCV) context: opening price of $100.90, market cap around $1.26B, a price/earnings ratio near 19.33, and a beta of 0.81; the fund tracks a market-cap-weighted index of value stocks, with technicals showing a 50-day moving average near $100.23 and 200-day moving average around $97.15.
Invesco NASDAQ Next Gen 100 ETF (QQQJ), Systelligence now owns about 2.36% of the ETF as of the latest period, with the holding valued at roughly $21.39 million, while the ETF itself represents about 4.2% of Systelligence’s portfolio.
Systelligence LLC made a series of large ETF purchases in Q1, with its biggest bet landing on Invesco NASDAQ Next Gen 100 ETF (QQQJ), now its largest single holding at roughly $21.39 million, or 4.2% of its total portfolio, according to Watchlist News. The Minnesota-based investment firm also opened new positions in inflation-linked and corporate bond funds, signaling a broad strategy built around growth, value, and inflation defense.
The disclosures stem from a 13F-HR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which requires large institutional managers to report their holdings quarterly. Across five key ETF positions, Systelligence committed roughly $45 million in new or expanded stakes.
Systelligence added 103,260 shares of QQQJ in Q1, bringing its total to 590,730 shares worth about $21.39 million, per Watchlist News. That makes QQQJ the firm's number one position. The fund tracks companies ranked 101st to 200th on the Nasdaq — think mid-cap tech firms in areas like cybersecurity and AI, not household giants like Microsoft or Nvidia.
Systelligence now owns about 2.36% of QQQJ's total shares. That level of concentration is a strong signal. By picking QQQJ over the standard Nasdaq-100 fund (QQQ), the firm is betting that the next wave of tech gains will come from smaller, emerging companies rather than the mega-cap "Magnificent Seven" stocks.
Systelligence opened two new positions aimed squarely at inflation protection. It bought 37,363 shares of Vanguard Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities ETF (VTIP) for about $1.87 million, and 98,825 shares of JPMorgan Inflation Managed Bond ETF (JCPI) for about $4.78 million, according to Watchlist News. The JCPI stake equals roughly 0.66% of that entire fund.
These moves mirror a broader institutional trend. In VTIP alone, giants like JPMorgan Chase hold 30.13 million shares worth about $1.49 billion, and LPL Financial holds 18.49 million shares worth about $914.5 million. Systelligence's stakes are far smaller, but the direction is the same — hedge against inflation staying "higher for longer" above the Fed's 2% target.
The firm also bought 122,186 shares of iShares Morningstar Value ETF (ILCV) for about $11.38 million, making it the 19th largest holding at 2.2% of the portfolio. ILCV tracks a market-cap-weighted index of value stocks, with a price-to-earnings ratio near 19.33 and a beta of 0.81 — meaning it tends to move less sharply than the broader market.
Rounding out the Q1 moves, Systelligence opened a brand-new position in Schwab 5-10 Year Corporate Bond ETF (SCHI), picking up 264,716 shares worth about $6.0 million. Together, the five ETF positions span growth tech, value equity, inflation-linked bonds, and investment-grade corporate debt — a classic "barbell" approach that balances offense with defense.
Systelligence is a registered investment advisor based in Bloomington, Minnesota, managing roughly $500 million to $783 million in assets. The firm runs six "E-Valuator" Risk Managed Strategy funds using a software-driven process developed by CEO Kevin Miller, who has over 30 years of investment experience. Its total 13F portfolio spans about 69 positions worth approximately $499.4 million.
Analysts at Zacks Investment Research recently gave several of Systelligence's E-Valuator funds a "Strong Buy" rating, citing expense ratios that are "considerably lower than the category average." The Q1 ETF purchases fit that mold — low-cost funds, spread across themes, chosen by data rather than gut instinct.
