Canada dominates Brazil 80-37 to remain undefeated at wheelchair basketball worlds

Canadian women's wheelchair basketball team defeated Brazil 80-37 in Group A at the IWBF wheelchair basketball world championships. Arinn Young led the scoring with 23 points, six rebounds and nine assists, while Cindy Ouellet and Elise Froese each scored 15 points off the bench. The win keeps Canada undefeated in Group B, improving their 4-0 record at the tournament. Despite being outrebounded 33-31, Canada managed to score 56 per cent from the field and hold a 26-14 edge in assists. They also forced Brazil into 28 turnovers while only having nine.
