Crude Oil Shipments Rebound to Near Pre-War Levels Following US Sanctions

This has led to a decrease in crude oil shipments, with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. reporting that shipments of crude oil have rebounded to near pre-war levels.
