Immaculate Wealth Management LLC made a series of multi-million dollar ETF purchases in the first quarter, adding five new positions worth a combined total of roughly $3.96 million. Watchlist News reported the firm's biggest single buy was a $1.16 million stake in iShares Currency Hedged MSCI EAFE ETF (HEFA), now its 3rd largest holding.
The moves signal a deliberate push to diversify across infrastructure, short-term bonds, currency-hedged international stocks, and domestic equity strategies. The five new positions span ETFs from Vanguard, iShares, Strive, and T. Rowe Price.
The HEFA position — 27,321 shares at about $1.16 million — now makes up 9.2% of Immaculate's total portfolio, according to Ticker Report. That makes it the firm's single largest new purchase this quarter. HEFA tracks international developed-market stocks while hedging against currency swings, which can reduce risk for U.S.-based investors.
Close behind was a new stake in Vanguard Short-Term Treasury ETF (VGSH): 13,202 shares worth about $773,000, equal to 6.1% of the portfolio and its 7th largest position. VGSH holds U.S. government bonds that mature in one to three years — a conservative, lower-risk choice. Watchlist News noted VGSH trades around $58.10 per share.
Immaculate also bought 12,568 shares of iShares U.S. Infrastructure ETF (IFRA) for roughly $719,000. That stake is 5.7% of holdings and its 10th largest position. IFRA focuses on U.S. companies that build and maintain roads, utilities, and communications networks.
On the equity side, the firm added 17,347 shares of Strive 500 ETF (STRV) at about $728,000 — now 5.8% of the portfolio and its 9th largest holding. It also opened a position in T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation Equity ETF (TCAF): 16,250 shares worth about $578,000, making up 4.6% of holdings. TCAF is its 12th largest position.
Immaculate was not alone in buying these ETFs. For HEFA, Parallel Advisors LLC grew its stake by 163.3% to 12,505 shares. EverSource Wealth Advisors increased its HEFA position by 49.3% to 118,144 shares. Crescent Grove Advisors already holds 218,230 shares after a 7.5% increase, according to Watchlist News.
IFRA saw similar interest. Western Wealth Management jumped 84.6% to 50,371 shares. Arkadios Wealth Advisors surged 361.4% to 26,683 shares. For STRV, Captrust Financial Advisors added 20,635 shares to reach 55,715 total. Strive Asset Management itself now holds 615,113 shares after adding 31,171 in the quarter.
While Immaculate's VGSH buy was modest at $773,000, the ETF attracts some of the biggest names in finance. JPMorgan Chase & Co. raised its VGSH stake by 73.3% in Q4 to 44,271,961 shares — by far the largest position. Morgan Stanley holds 23,769,661 shares, and Bank of America holds 11,529,094, according to Watchlist News.
In TCAF, UBS Group AG grew its position by 35.9% in Q4 to 1,010,843 shares worth about $38.63 million. Diversified Management Inc. opened a brand-new TCAF stake worth roughly $5.67 million in the same period. The broad institutional interest across all five ETFs points to growing demand for diversified, lower-volatility strategies.
