Federal Judge Lewis J. Liman ruled that Lively can recover $400,000 of the $8 million she claimed in legal fees News 5 Cleveland. The judge found that Lively was only entitled to reimbursement for costs defending against Baldoni's defamation claims, not for all legal work in the dispute News 5 Cleveland.
