Javier Sanoja and Griffin Conine each hit home runs to give Miami the offensive punch it needed. Liam Hicks added two RBI singles, and Otto Lopez scored twice as well, according to Yahoo Sports. The Marlins spread out the damage and never let the Mets get back into the game.

The Marlins also ran well. Esteury Ruiz and Heriberto Hernández each stole a base. Miami now has 122 stolen bases on the season — second-most in all of Major League Baseball, per Winnipeg Free Press.
