Palatine Hill Wealth Expands Portfolio with $16.7M SPDW Investment, Adds Tech and Consumer Stocks.

Palatine Hill Wealth Management LLC disclosed in its SEC 13F filings that it added to the SPDR Portfolio Developed World ex-US ETF (SPDW), buying 376,695 shares worth about $16.7 million and making the ETF its second-largest holding at roughly 13.5% of the firm’s portfolio. Other investors also adjusted their positions in SPDW, underscoring ongoing institutional activity in developed-markets ex-U.S. exposure. The firm also initiated a position in Arista Networks (ANET), purchasing 4,048 shares valued at about $530,000, where it accounts for about 0.4% of Palatine Hill’s holdings, while other hedge funds reported larger stakes. In addition, Palatine Hill bought shares of WD-40 Company (WDFC), purchasing 2,800 shares worth roughly $551,000, also around 0.4% of its portfolio. Overall, the filings reflect Palatine Hill expanding across international ETF exposure and individual technology and consumer-staples holdings.
Beyond Palatine Hill’s purchase, multiple other institutional investors also increased SPDW positions in the most recent filings—for example, Advyzon Investment Management LLC bought an additional 18,903 shares (a 5.8% increase) to reach 342,208 shares, and Diversify Advisory Services LLC added 46,638 shares (a 14.4% increase) to reach 371,337 shares.
SPD W includes detailed fund-market context: it was described as having a market capitalization of $41.13 billion, a P/E ratio of 16.12, and a beta of 0.83, with a 12-month low of $38.76 and a 12-month high of $51.53.
The SPDW description also clarified its benchmark: the fund “seeks to replicate as closely as possible total return performance” of the S&P/Citigroup BMI World Ex US Index.
For Arista Networks, one article added governance context from a shareholder meeting: “Arista’s shareholder meeting produced no signs of governance trouble: investors backed the board, executive pay and auditor,” supporting “stability and continuity at the company.”
For WD-40, the article included ownership and trading context beyond Palatine Hill’s stake: it noted that “91.52% of the stock is currently owned by institutional investors” and that the stock “opened at $199.26” (on the referenced trading day).
