Horizon Organic Dairy Recalls Nearly 54,000 Cases of Chocolate Milk Over Taste Complaints

Horizon Organic Dairy has recalled 54,000 cases of its 1% Chocolate Milk, a popular lunch option for children across the U.S. due to reports of an unpleasant smell, taste or texture. The recall follows numerous customer complaints. In total, 53,760 cases have been recalled, including 34,524 12-pack cases and 19,236 18-pack ones. The recalled 12-packs have UPC 742365002700 and best-by dates from Jan. 28 through Feb. 3, 2027. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the issue.
