Formula 1 will host a three-day fan festival and season launch in Milan for 2027.

F1 The Show will bring together all 22 drivers as well as team principals from the 11 teams, alongside music and entertainment acts.
The previous F1 75 Live event in London was streamed across 37 global territories and attracted 7.5 million viewers to its live broadcast.
F1 The Show will be a ticketed event on February 18, although the venue has not yet been specified.
Milan was selected partly because of its proximity to Monza, the historic home of the Italian Grand Prix, and Italy’s strong association with Ferrari.
Stefano Domenicali said the expanded event would preserve racing as Formula 1’s core while creating larger-scale experiences to reach new audiences: “racing will always be our soul – but we also want to create unforgettable experiences that bring the excitement of Formula 1 to life on an even bigger scale.”

F1 Live Milan builds on the momentum of F1 75 Live in London, which proved fans crave immersive experiences beyond race weekends. SportsBusinessJournal reports that the London event was streamed across 37 global territories and attracted 7.5 million live viewers. That success convinced F1 leadership that large-scale fan festivals could bring new audiences into the sport.
The headline attraction, F1 The Show, is scheduled for February 18 as a ticketed event. GrandePremio confirms it will assemble all 22 drivers alongside the 11 team principals. Music and entertainment acts will round out the program, creating an all-day celebration of the sport and its personalities.
The specific venue in Milan has not yet been announced. F1 plans to release more details in the coming months, with ticket sales set to launch later this year, HeadTopics reports.
F1 Live Milan spans February 18-20 and combines F1 The Show with a broader Milan Fan Festival. CrashNet notes the entire three-day event is designed as an immersive experience for fans. By hosting a dedicated season launch outside a traditional race weekend, F1 aims to reach audiences who may not travel to grands prix.
Domenicali's vision reflects F1's evolving strategy: keep racing at the heart of the sport while building big entertainment moments. A global audience can now experience F1's stars and spectacle without a paddock pass or trackside ticket.
