Anglo American’s non-executive directors bought shares using after-tax fees for services provided from 1 July to 30 September 2026. The company also granted options through its all-employee Sharesave plan, which lets employees save monthly and later exercise options at a fixed discounted price.
Croda’s disclosed award was Buy-Out Award 6, granted on 2 April 2025 under the Croda Buy-Out Share Plan 2025.
NatWest said the trustee purchase took place on 28 September 2026 on the London Stock Exchange, on behalf of a PDMR participating in the company’s Buy As You Earn Share Plan.
