AEW Star Benjamin Satterley, Known as PAC, Passes Away at Age 40

AEW announced that wrestler Benjamin Satterley, known as PAC, has died at 40; the company did not disclose a cause of death. Satterley competed at AEW All Out in Chicago on Saturday, losing to Andrade El Idolo, less than a day before the announcement. He joined AEW in 2019 after wrestling internationally and in WWE as Neville, and won multiple AEW championships, including the inaugural International Championship and World Trios titles. AEW remembered him for his high-flying style and memorable matches and offered condolences to his family, friends and fans.
AEW said Satterley, a native of Newcastle upon Tyne, began his wrestling career in 2004.
Before AEW, Satterley was an NXT Champion and NXT Tag Team Champion in WWE; one report also says he was a Cruiserweight Champion.
Satterley was nicknamed “The Man That Gravity Forgot,” a reference to the high-flying style for which he was known.
He became AEW’s first double champion by holding the International and World Trios titles at the same time; his Trios title reigns were with Death Triangle and the Death Riders.
