Major Institutional Investors Expand Holdings Across Multiple VictoryShares ETFs

Bank of America Corp DE significantly increased its VFLO exposure, expanding to 15,967,468 VFLO shares in Q1, a roughly 10.3% rise that underscores a major institutional tilt toward the ETF.
In JPMorgan International Value ETF (JIVE), Pine Valley Investments Ltd Liability Co boosted its stake to 153,576 shares after adding 105,019 in the quarter, while Bank of America’s JIVE holding surged to 1,165,983 shares, up 2,197.2%, signaling a outsized move by a single bank among other large buyers.
For Janus Henderson Securitized Income ETF (JSI), Pine Valley increased its stake by 11.7% to 201,736 shares in Q1, with notable additions from NewEdge Advisors, Blue Edge Capital, Verus Capital Partners, Bank of America and Arkadios Wealth Advisors (Verus up 111.6% to 12,705 shares; Bank of America at 16,608; Arkadios at 14,900).
VictoryShares Core Intermediate Bond ETF (UITB) saw Pine Valley lift its position by 7.8% to 577,056 shares, a move set against a backdrop of broad activity from other large holders such as Victory Capital Management (14,850,508 shares), LPL Financial (2,146,635 shares), Bogart Wealth (2,060,745 shares) and Wells Fargo also expanding its UITB stake.

Pine Valley was far from alone. Bank of America, LPL Financial, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and dozens of other institutions all added to their positions in VictoryShares ETFs during the same period, according to Ticker Report.
The headline number from the quarter belongs to Bank of America. The bank grew its stake in VictoryShares Free Cash Flow ETF (VFLO) to 15,967,468 shares — a roughly 10.3% increase, according to Watchlist News. That makes it one of the largest single institutional holders of the ETF.
New buyers also entered the VFLO picture. J.R. Prunier Capital Management LLC bought 48,051 shares worth about $1.9 million in Q1, per Ticker Report. Meanwhile, Curry Webb Wealth Management LLC made an even bigger splash, picking up 391,553 new VFLO shares, according to Defense World.
Pine Valley added 105,019 shares of JPMorgan International Value ETF (JIVE) in Q1, bringing its total to 153,576 shares. But that move was overshadowed by Bank of America's JIVE surge. The bank's JIVE holding jumped to 1,165,983 shares — a stunning 2,197.2% increase in a single quarter, per Watchlist News.
Other buyers included the Royal Bank of Canada, Arkadios Wealth Advisors and Quantinno Capital Management. The breadth of buying across firm types — from large banks to independent advisors — points to wide-ranging interest in international value exposure.

Other buyers joined in: Verus Capital Partners grew its position by 111.6% to 12,705 shares, while Bank of America held 16,608 shares and Arkadios Wealth Advisors added to reach 14,900 shares.
On the bond side, UITB attracted some of the biggest names in asset management. Victory Capital Management held 14,850,508 shares, LPL Financial held 2,146,635 shares, and Bogart Wealth stood at 2,060,745 shares. Wells Fargo also expanded its UITB stake during the quarter, per Ticker Report.
Taken together, the Q1 filings show a clear trend. Institutions of all sizes — from global banks to small advisory firms — moved money into VictoryShares ETFs in the first quarter. The buying spanned free cash flow strategies, international value, securitized income and core bonds.
Pine Valley itself cut some other holdings during the period. It reduced its position in S&P Global Inc. by 25.2%, trimming to 11,743 shares, according to Ticker Report. That suggests the firm is actively rotating — moving out of individual stocks and into ETF structures as macro conditions shift.
