Pete Davidson Slams Online Body Shaming Directed at Ex-Fiancée Ariana Grande

Pete Davidson, ex-fiancée of Ariana Grande, has responded to the online harassment of his ex-girlfriend, Pete Davidson, in an interview with Variety. The interview was prompted by Grande's physical appearance being subject to speculation, concern, and bullying following images of her going viral in late July. Davidson praised Grande's strong character and ability to handle such issues, but called it "futured up" and "foul-ignored". Grande had previously been the subject of speculation about her appearance and weight, following her release of her album Petal and its title track video. She had also withdrawn from the upcoming London West End revival of Sunday in the Park With George after it was cancelled due to ongoing public scrutiny.
