Arrest Warrant Issued for Nebraska Musician Accused of No-Show Performances

A musician from Nebraska, Daniel Butler, is wanted for failing to show up at several events where he had already been paid to perform. Each time he sent a cancellation text at the last minute, the mother of a bride, Robin Heller, became suspicious when she found out Butler had booked other performances for the same night. Heller had paid Butler an $800 down payment and more later, but he allegedly lied about having been in an accident and promising a full refund within 24 hours. An arrest warrant has been filed for Butler in Buffalo County after an event organizer who paid him $1,000 got stood up. Butler responded to WOWT by saying he is filled with shame and regret and never intended to harm anyone.
