Chiefs Defeat Raiders Despite Costly Injuries to Key Wide Receivers

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyquan Thornton suffered a leg injury during a game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Thornton's left foot bent awkwardly under Raiders safety Treydan Stukes during a collision after Thornton hauled in a 55-yard pass from Patrick Mahomes. The injury ended a successful day for Thornton, who had five catches for 111 yards and two touchdowns. Rashee Rice also sustained a hamstring injury and did not return, leaving Mahomes without another target.
