Tennessee Volunteers honor late music legend Dolly Parton with hype video and helmet stickers.

Dolly Parton, a country music legend and Tennessee native, died at the age of 80 on August 24 after a brief battle with cancer. The Tennessee Volunteers released a Week 1 hype video featuring Parton's "My Tennessee Mountain Home" as their song for their season-opening game against Furman. The university's athletics director, Danny White, also announced that Tennessee will honor Parton with helmet stickers this season. Parton previously performed at a game in Tennessee's 2023 game against Georgia. Her death was announced in a video shared on her social media accounts.
