NETSOL Reports Record Revenue and Guides 13% To 16% Growth For Fiscal 2027

NETSOL Technologies reported record fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $20.7 million, up 12.5% year over year, with subscription and support revenue rising 9% and services revenue increasing 21.3%. Quarterly operating income climbed 40.2% to $4.5 million, gross margin widened to 63.6%, and net income attributable to NETSOL rose 45.9% to $3.8 million; full-year revenue also reached a record, while operating income nearly doubled. For fiscal 2027, the company expects revenue growth of 13% to 16%, gross margin of about 50% or better, and consolidated adjusted EBITDA growth of 15% to 25%. NETSOL says it will prioritize recurring revenue, margin improvement, practical uses of AI, higher-return portfolio opportunities, and converting consolidated profit into shareholder value.
Approximately $4.7 million of NETSOL’s fiscal 2026 license fees came from the renewal and amendment of an existing Transcend customer agreement.
On a constant-currency basis, fourth-quarter revenue was $19.9 million, compared with the reported $20.7 million.
Fourth-quarter operating margin rose to 21.6%, from 17.4% in the prior-year quarter.
GAAP net income attributable to NETSOL was $3.8 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, compared with $2.6 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, a year earlier.
