The NHL has merged the statistical histories of the original Winnipeg Jets (1979–96), the Atlanta Thrashers (1999–2011) and the current Jets, recognizing them as one franchise; the Phoenix/Arizona Coyotes’ records remain separate. Dale Hawerchuk leads the franchise in goals (379) and points (929), while Thomas Steen leads in assists (553). Mark Scheifele enters the 2026–27 season with 372 goals, 535 assists and 907 points, putting him within reach of all three records. The Manitoba Moose will remain Winnipeg’s AHL affiliate, and the Bloomington Bison will join as its ECHL affiliate for 2026–27. The Jets trimmed 12 players from training camp, leaving 31 healthy players and three injured ahead of their final preseason game.
