Volta Metals Reports High-Grade Rare Earths and Gallium at Ontario Springer Deposit

Volta Metals reported assay results from three holes in its 2026 winter drilling program at the Springer rare earth element–gallium deposit near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, including a peak intersection of 7.37% total rare earth oxide and 252.7 g/t gallium oxide over 1.5 meters. The interval contained substantial magnet and heavy rare earth elements, including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium, and occurred within a broader 417-meter zone averaging 0.57% total rare earth oxide and 56.7 g/t gallium oxide. Mineralization continued to the bottom of the 507-meter hole, indicating the deposit remains open at depth. Two additional holes confirmed widespread mineralization across 345 meters and 296 meters, respectively, and extended the system into rock types not previously considered prospective. Gallium was present throughout the assayed lengths of all three holes but is not included in the current mineral resource estimate, with the company saying the results will support an upcoming resource update.
