Drake Releases Four New Tracks from FOMO and HABIBTI Deluxe Edition

Drake dropped four new tracks on Friday, October 2, combining material from his FOMO short film with a deluxe edition of HABIBTI. The release features Don Toliver on multiple songs and marks Drake's latest move to expand his recent album catalog Billboard.
Drake first teased the songs during a Kick livestream where he was gambling. The deluxe edition packages FOMO content into an expanded HABIBTI project, blending visuals and audio into one cohesive release Complex.
The four-pack includes "Cold Shoulder" featuring Don Toliver and Yebba, and "Solar Eclipse," which interpolates country artist Ella Langley's hit "Choosin' Texas." Drake also added "Quebec" to round out the package Complex. Each track offers a different sonic direction within the HABIBTI universe.
The songs were initially revealed during Drake's Kick stream. By packaging them as a deluxe edition rather than standalone singles, Drake gave fans a complete project to engage with HotNewHipHop.
Don Toliver appears across multiple tracks on the HABIBTI deluxe, cementing him as a key collaborator on this phase of Drake's rollout. Toliver and Drake have worked together before, and this project deepens their creative partnership Yahoo. The features position Toliver as a go-to voice for Drake's newer material.
By leaning on Toliver and other artists like Yebba and Ella Langley, Drake diversifies the sonic palette of HABIBTI. Each guest brings a different energy, preventing the deluxe from feeling repetitive or stale.
The FOMO short film gave visual context to tracks from both HABIBTI and Drake's other recent project, MAID OF HONOUR HotNewHipHop. By releasing the film's audio as a deluxe album, Drake turned visual content into a playable release. This hybrid approach keeps fans engaged across multiple formats.
The October 2 release marks another chapter in Drake's rapid output cycle. Rather than spacing out albums, he's bundling content from film projects into deluxe editions, giving himself multiple release moments throughout the year.
