Sia Catalog Acquisition

Swedish-based Pophouse Entertainment acquires a fifty percent stake in Sia's music catalog.

Swedish-based Pophouse Entertainment Group AB has acquired a 50% stake in the publishing and master-recording rights of Australian singer-songwriter Sia. The acquisition is made through Pophouses Fund I, a €1 billion music investment fund that closed in 2025. The company also secured over €200 million through dedicated co-investment vehicles, bringing the total raised to over €1.2 billion. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
