Police issue urgent public appeals to locate five missing people

Police are seeking help locating several missing people whose welfare is causing concern. North Wales Police say 46-year-old Mark, from the Chirk area, was last seen in Oswestry at about 8 p.m. Saturday. RCMP are searching for 26-year-old Justina Breen, last seen in Marystown; she may be driving a grey 2012 Subaru. West Mercia Police are appealing for information about 61-year-old Mark Brown, missing from Bewdley since September 27, while Nottinghamshire Police are seeking Jordan, last seen near Newark late on September 25. The Metropolitan Police say 54-year-old Abdi, who has links to Lee, Southwark and Kingston, has been missing since September 19; anyone with information is urged to contact the relevant police force.
North Wales Police said Mark’s clothing is unknown and asked anyone with information to contact the force through its live webchat or by calling 101, quoting reference Compact PID 327.
Justina Breen is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, with brown hair, hazel eyes and glasses. The grey Subaru she may be driving has Newfoundland licence plate JXA 610; police ask people to call Marystown RCMP at 709-279-3001.
Mark Brown is described as a slim white man, about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, with white hair. He was last seen in a black hoodie with a white zip, pocketed walking trousers and brown shoes. West Mercia Police ask callers to quote log number 151i of 27 September, or to call 999 if there is immediate concern.
Jordan is described as a 6-foot-6-inch white man with ginger hair and some facial hair. He was wearing a hoodie, a black or navy puffer jacket, dark bottoms and dark shoes; Nottinghamshire Police ask for information under incident number 906 of Friday, September 25, 2026.
The Metropolitan Police said its appeal for Abdi was first issued on September 24 and asked anyone with information to call 990, quoting CAD 4435/19SEP26.
