Jared Jones takes no-hitter into seventh inning as Pirates secure rare road sweep.

Jared Jones led the Pirates to a rare road sweep against the Chicago White Sox, taking a no-hitter into the seventh inning and allowing a two-out Colson Montgomery double, but no other damage. The Pirates, who have won four consecutive games and 11 of their last 15 games, are now back over.500 at 74-73. This was Jones' second most successful start of the year, completing seven innings for the first time since Sept. 8, 2024. The win clinched the Pirates' first road sweep since they took three consecutive games in San Francisco before the 2025 trade deadline. Jones' dominance was evident throughout the game, with Oneil Cruz' homer and single scoring. The game was also marked by the loss of Ryan O'Hearn to Triple-A Indianapolis' game.
