Nvidia shares reach record high as investors return after recent market selloff

Nvidia Corp. shares have hit a record for the first time since May, reaching a record 2.9% as investors return to the stock after a two-month selloff that wiped over $1 trillion off its market value. Shares have risen by nearly 25% since July, extending a nearly 25-year rally from a low of late July when fears over the future of artificial intelligence were put on the rise. Nvidia's market value now approaches $6 Trillion.
