Woman stabbed in the neck on moving Melbourne tram by fleeing suspect

A passenger identified as Pauline said she came to the injured woman’s aid and recalled thinking, “I just had this feeling, he might stab somebody!”

The tram driver was advised to take trauma leave after witnessing the violent incident.
