Mark Mortimer, Former Another World Star and Army Veteran, Dies at 59

Mark Mortimer, known for his role as Nick Hudson on the soap opera Another World, has died at 59 after a battle with cancer. Mortimer was known for playing the role of Nick Hudson in 81 episodes of Another World and guest-starred on a 1999 episode of Spin City. His last credit was the 2005 film Nowhere Man. Mortim, who was married to wife Christie for 25 years and a co-owner in IOC Construction, was also a co owner in the construction company. His obituary was posted online by Moss-Norris Funeral Home in St. Charles, Illinois, stating that he was an Army veteran, a model, an actor, an entrepreneur and a builder who lived many lives in one lifetime.
