IDT Reports Record Fiscal 2026 Revenue of $1.3 Billion Driven by Fintech Growth

IDT reported record fourth-quarter and fiscal 2026 results, with revenue of $339 million for the quarter and $1.30 billion for the year, up 7% and 5%, respectively. Full-year operating income increased 21% to $121.2 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 17% to $154.6 million; quarterly adjusted EBITDA climbed 22% to $41.2 million. The company credited growth in its NRS, Fintech and net2phone businesses, citing stronger retailer services and advertising, rising digital activity at BOSS Money, and continued net2phone subscription growth. IDT also declared a quarterly dividend of 7 cents per share, payable October 14, 2026.
IDT’s gross profit rose 18% year over year to $134.8 million in the fourth quarter, with gross margin expanding 360 basis points to 39.8%; full-year gross profit increased 11% to $496.8 million.
National Retail Solutions ended the quarter with 35,400 retailer locations and 40,400 active POS terminals. Average monthly gross profit per location reached $383, up 22% year over year.
BOSS Money handled 7.5 million transactions in the quarter, with digital transactions up 20% year over year and digital channels accounting for 88% of transactions. The business also introduced WhatsApp transfers and a U.S. digital wallet.
Net2phone had 447,000 seats at quarter-end and generated $24.5 million in fourth-quarter subscription revenue.
IDT’s reported quarterly earnings per share of $0.94 fell short of the $0.98 consensus estimate by four cents, although quarterly revenue of $338.98 million exceeded analysts’ $319 million expectation.
