The purchases signal a broad bet on large-cap stocks, infrastructure, and international markets.

Beyond the two major purchases, Tenet made smaller bets across developed and small-cap stocks. The firm bought $1.86 million in Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (ranked 17th in the portfolio at 1.4%), about $815,000 in Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF for international exposure, and roughly $529,000 in iShares S&P Small-Cap 600 Growth ETF, according to watchlistnews filings.
The five ETFs Tenet targeted maintained strong institutional ownership across the board. Institutional investors and hedge funds held 55.81% of the iShares S&P Small-Cap 600 Growth ETF. Most of the funds traded near their 12-month highs, reflecting continued appetite from money managers like Tenet seeking diversified market exposure.
