Warner Bros. Sends Legal Threat to Fox Nation Over Chris Harrison Dating Show

Warner Bros. TV and Fox Nation are engaged in legal dispute over the upcoming series, “The Vow” hosted by former “Bachelor” host Chris Harrison, set to premiere on Nov. 11. Warner Bros.TV, the studio that produces “the Bachelor,” has sent a cease and desist to Fox Nation, alleging that the series appears to be an attempt to capitalize on their intellectual property and goodwill in violation of trademark, copyright, and unfair competition laws. Fox Nation responded by saying they do not hold any rights over the use of the "falling roses motif" or the words "The Bachelor" when used to describe a single man.
