Starting Wednesday, two agencies will investigate the fire's cause. Seprona, Spain's environmental enforcement unit, will lead the probe alongside the Valencian regional government. Determining whether the fire was accidental or intentional is now the priority. Officials have not yet released any preliminary findings about how the blaze started.
