Ohio Highway Patrol Arrests Man Following Alleged Attack on Amy Acton

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has arrested Patrick Havas, a 38-year-old man from Canfield, in connection with an attempted attack on Democratic governor candidate Dr. Amy Acton. Havas has been charged with assault and disorderly conduct and is being held without bond at the Mahoning County Jail. This comes after an Andrew Havas resigned from a volunteer position with Sen. Jon Husted's campaign in July following accusations of sexual misconduct with a minor. Acton had publicly criticized Republican opponent Vivek Ramaswamy over more than $10,000 his campaign accepted from Andrew HavAS.
