VITBIO Introduces World's First AI Golf System, Integrating Motion Capture and Pressure Analysis

Sports technology company VITBIO has launched what it calls the world's first AI golf training system that tracks both full-body movement and foot pressure at the same time. The product, called OmniGmot AI Golfer, is a wearable device that combines two technologies golfers have never had in one system before, according to Yahoo Finance.
The system made its public debut at SPORTEC Tokyo from July 8–10, where Spanish professional golfer Juan Salama used it in live demonstrations. VITBIO says the platform has already been invited for testing at international professional tournaments.
Most golf training tools focus on one thing at a time — either body movement or foot pressure. OmniGmot AI Golfer does both at once. The system uses AI motion capture to track every joint in the body during a swing. At the same time, sensors measure how a golfer shifts weight across their feet, according to Yahoo Finance Canada.
This matters because foot pressure and body movement are closely linked in a golf swing. Getting data from both at the same time gives coaches and players a fuller picture of what is happening. No other wearable system on the market currently combines these two data streams in one device, VITBIO claims.
VITBIO chose SPORTEC Tokyo — one of Asia's biggest sports technology trade shows — to show the product to the world. Spanish professional golfer Juan Salama wore the device and hit shots on a live demo floor. His swings gave attendees a real-time look at how the AI reads motion and pressure together, according to Yahoo Finance UK.
Using a known professional adds credibility to the launch. Salama's involvement also shows the system is built for serious players, not just casual golfers. VITBIO says the data collected during demonstrations helped show how the AI flags technical flaws that are hard to spot with the naked eye.
VITBIO developed the system using its own patented technologies. The company has not named the specific patents, but says the IP behind OmniGmot AI Golfer sets it apart from competitors. The platform has already been invited for technical evaluation at international professional tournaments, according to Yahoo Finance Singapore.
That kind of access is rare for a product at launch. Tournament evaluations typically require a device to meet strict standards for accuracy and consistency. An invitation at this stage suggests early confidence from the professional golf world in the system's reliability.
Wearable sports science tools have grown fast over the past decade. Teams and athletes now use sensors to track everything from heart rate to joint stress. Golf has been slower to adopt wearables than team sports. OmniGmot AI Golfer is aimed at closing that gap by bringing lab-quality data to the golf course, according to Yahoo Finance.
The system targets both professional players and serious amateurs. By making biomechanics data easy to collect and read, VITBIO hopes coaches can give faster, more accurate feedback. The company calls it "a significant advancement in wearable sports biomechanics" — a claim that tournament results in the coming months will help prove or disprove.
