Standard Lithium Announces Departure of Board Director Karen Narwold Effective September 2026

Standard Lithium Ltd. (TSXV: SLI) (NYSE.A: SLI), a leading near-commercial lithium company, has announced that Karen Narwold will resign from the Board of Directors, effective September 15, 2026. This follows her acceptance of a new executive position and increased time commitments associated with her new role. Following Narwood's departure, Standard Lithium's Board will consist of eight directors. The search process has begun for a new independent director to complement the Board’s existing experience and expertise.
